Day 1) ISTANBUL
Arrival. Transfer to your hotel. Start exploring thecity visiting Turkish Islamic Arts Museum, Blue Mosque, St. Sophie, Byzantine Hippodrome, lunch at a local restaurant, Dinner at a typical Turkish ‘meyhane’ at Asmalımescit street. Overnight at your Hotel
Day 2) ISTANBUL (B,L)
Continue exploring the city visiting Topkapı Palace, The Church of Chora and time for shopping. Lunch at a local restaurant. Dinner at Giritli Restaurant. Overnight at your Hotel.
Day 3) ISTANBUL –IZMIR - Pergamon - KUSADASI ( B,L,D)
Take a morning flight to Izmir . Drive to Pergamon. Visit the Acropol and the ancient hospital; Asclepion of Pergamon. Lunch in Pergamon at a typical Turkish restaurant. Drive to Kuşadası in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight at Hotel.
Day 4) ) KUŞADASI – Ephesus- GOCEK (B,L,D)
Enjoy the beauty of this region. Visit ancient Ephesus from the State Agora, to Marble Street and Arcadian avenue. Visit House of Virgin Mary. Drive to Gocek. Overnight at a small cosy hotel in Göcek. Dinner at a fish restaurant by the Marina.
Day 5) The BOAT -Gocek (B,L,D)
A day to rest and relax. Embarkation on the Gulet in the morning and cruise to small coves and bays of Gocek.Cleopatra Baths, Bedri Rahmi cove. Time to swim and enjoy the scenery. Meals on board.
Day 6) The BOAT- Ekincik- Kaunos (B,L,D)
Cruise to Ekincik before breakfast. Take a small tender to Dalyan town through the delta. Visit Caunos antique city, the Dalyan delta, Caretta beach, rock carved imperial graves, Dalyan town.
Day 7) Ekincik-Dalaman-Istanbul-Kayseri-CAPPADOCIA (B,L,D)
Disembark at Ekincik and transfer to Dalaman airport for a flight to Kayseri via Istanbul. Lunch at Istanbul airport ( Tike Restaurant). Transfer from Kayseri airport to Cappadocia. Visit the underground cities and the Pigeons Valley. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 8) CAPPADOCIA (B,L,D)
Full day exploring the valley visiting Uchisar, Avcılar, deserted village of Zelve and Monks Valley, Göreme open air Museum ,Urgüp, time to look at rugs, pottery, and wineries. Overnight at your Hotel.
Day9) CAPPADOCIA - ISTANBUL (B,L)
Transfer to Kayseri airport.. Flight to Istanbul. Visit Dolmabahce Palace and the Grand Bazaar. Overnight at your Hotel. (Dinner may be at Club 29)
Day 10) DEPARTURE ( B)
Transfer to the airport for your departure flight. |
