Day 01) ISTANBUL

Meet at Istanbul Atatürk Airport and transfer to your Hotel– Kokteyl & briefing on Turkish Cuisine. Dinner at Kumkapi or Nevizade. (D)

Day 02) ISTANBUL - G.ANTEP

Early breakfast and check-out from the hotel for the visit of the Blue Mosque & Ancient Byzantine Hippodrome, then proceed to Topkapi Palace. Lunch will be served at Pandeli Restaurant at the entrance of Spice Market. After lunch free time for shopping spices & herbs in the spice bazaar. Then we move to Istanbul Atatürk Airport for domestic flight to Gaziantep. Arrival to Gaziantep Airport. Transfer to your Hotel at Gaziantep. After a briefing and introduction to the local cuisine diner with local wine at the hotel and overnight. (B, L, D)

Day 03) GAZIANTEP - ANTAKYA

After breakfast at hotel, starting the tour with Archaeological Museum ... and Castle of Gaziantep, Demirciler Çarsisi, return to your Hotel for lunch. In the afternoon drive to Antakya, visit Yesemek; Hittites sculpture atelier. Continue to drive and arrival to Antakya. Check-in to your hotel. Practise two quick regional recepies. Dinner with local wine and overnight at hotel. (B, L, D)

Day 04) ANTAKYA – ADANA

Breakfast at hotel, visit Antioch where the followers of Jesus were first called Christians. Go to the famous Mosaic Museum. Visit St. Peter’s Cave Church; the first known church of the world. Lunch will be served at in Antakya with famous specialities of the region. In the afternoon drive to Adana, visiting Karatepe – Aslantas National Park on the way, arrival and check in to Hotel. Dinner at Onbasılar Restaurant Overnight at the hotel. (B, L, D)

Day 05) ADANA – ISTANBUL

After breakfast,check out from the hotel and visit Tarsus; birthplace of St. Paul, lunch in Tarsus with local specialities. Learn to make künefe, a local dessert. In the afternoon flight from Adana to Istanbul. Meet at Istanbul airport. Visit Nakkas Gallery. Free time to enjoy rugs, tiles, antiques or enjoy a glass of wine at the cistern. Dinner at Hacı Baba Restaurant..

Day 06) ISTANBUL

In the morning Turkish cooking class at a la turca or house cafe . Enjoy what you’ve prepared with a glass of Turkish wine. Visit Galata Tower after lunch for a cup of turkish coffee with the panaromic view of Istanbul. In the afternoon an educational visit to Gulluoglu Baklava to learn the preperation of baklava and taste different kinds. Visit Istanbul Modern museum. Enjoy a cup of tea before you leave the museum. In the evening, dine around. Ciya Restaurant and Kanaat Restaurant on Asian side, Hamdi, Hanedan and Park Fora on the European side. ( Menues and prices will be available before you make your choice) Return to the hotel and overnight. Dinner served at Develi restaurant with typical traditional Turkish food. (B, L, D)

Day 07) ISTANBUL

Breakfast at hotel. In the morning, cruise along the Bosphorus, lunch at a Black Sea restaurant. After lunch, visit Hagia Sophia and the Grand Bazaar. Dinner served at Develi restaurant with typical traditional Turkish food. Return to hotel and overnight. (B, L, D)

Day 08)

Breakfast at hotel, transfer from hotel to airport for homebound flight. End of our services.(B)
